Pioneer Point is a community of 43 homes in the City of Forest Lake, Minnesota on the third lake of Forest Lake, It was developed in 1988. The development consists of waterfront and non-waterfront homes. Homeowner dues are currently $288 per year.
The Pioneer Point Homeowners Association maintains an Association Dock open to all members. There are a number of boat slips on the dock which are controlled by the Dock Committee and are managed under the Dock Rules available Here
